One login. One dataset.
A user added to your team gets access to every product they need on day one — no manual provisioning across separate systems. Records created in one product show up where the next product needs them.
Tax, office, finance, customer chat, and cloud — every part of how your firm runs, sharing one login, one dataset, and one familiar way of working.

01 — The problem worth naming
Every team buys the right tool for every job. The right CRM. The right accounting. The right chat. The right storage. Then spends the rest of its energy stitching them together.
The customer who exists in three systems under three spellings of their name. The audit that takes a week because the trail lives across four products. The new hire whose access has to be set up in six places, twice — once when they join, once when they leave.
A platform isn’t “one app does everything.” A platform is every product agreeing on identity, governance, and how data moves. The tools can be excellent. The work between the tools is where everything breaks.
Sahayogi One is built so the work between the tools disappears.
02 — What “platform” actually means
Software is a platform only when the parts agree on identity, governance, and behaviour. Sahayogi One pays each of those taxes once so your team doesn’t have to.
A user added to your team gets access to every product they need on day one — no manual provisioning across separate systems. Records created in one product show up where the next product needs them.
Roles, permissions, and audit trails live in one place across the suite. Admins see who did what across every product without stitching logs together — a single source of truth for compliance and incident review.
Every product shares the same shapes, the same shortcuts, and the same data model. Once your team learns one, they’re already most of the way through learning the next.
03 — The suite
Each product is good enough to stand alone. Together, they remove the integration tax you currently pay between point tools.
The umbrella workspace where every other product lives. One login, one set of teams, one billing relationship.
Conversational assistant for finding policies, drafting replies, and answering customer questions across every product.

The compute, storage, and identity layer behind the suite — purpose-built for Indian data-residency requirements.

Investor relations and reporting — keep your cap table, KPIs, and quarterly updates in one place your stakeholders can read.

The personal side of the suite — your own tasks, your own notifications, your own view across whichever products you use.

Where your marketing and brand work lives. Briefs, drafts, approvals, and assets — all owned by your team, none of it scattered.

GST returns, TDS filings, and books reconciliation for Indian businesses and the firms that serve them.
Customer records, deduplicated across every product the moment they’re entered once.
Places to grant a new hire access — admins do it once, in one console, across the whole suite.
Audit trails to stitch together at year-end. Every action lives in one log, attributed to one user.
04 — From day zero
No phased rollouts. No professional-services minimum. The team that onboards first is also working in production by the end of the same week.
Add people once. They get the right access to every product they need on day one — no separate provisioning per tool.
Turn on what your firm actually uses today. Add the next product later when you’re ready — your data follows you in.
A client added in one product appears in the next one that needs it. An action audited in one place shows up in everyone’s review trail.
Customer data is stored on Indian infrastructure. Workspaces are logically isolated from each other at the database tier. Every write is audited with actor, timestamp, and source. Encryption at rest is AES-256 across databases and backups. No Sahayogi staff reads your workspace without an admin- initiated support handshake.
Software should make the work between the work disappear. That’s the whole product.
Short answers. Reach out at any time if yours isn’t here.
Start with one. The products are useful on their own — a firm can run Tax Sahayogi without ever touching the rest of the suite. The advantage of being on the platform shows up the moment you add the second product: your team, your clients, and your data are already there.
Each product is priced on its own — usually per user or per workspace, depending on the product. Adopting more than one product reduces the per-product price, since the platform overhead (identity, audit, billing) is paid once across all of them. Specifics live on each product’s own pricing page.
All customer data is stored on Sahayogi Cloud infrastructure inside India. Every workspace is logically isolated from every other workspace at the database tier. No Sahayogi staff can read a workspace’s contents without an explicit, audited support handshake initiated by that workspace’s admin.
Yes. Every product exposes a data export (the same format the product itself uses internally) and we honour deletion requests on the schedule the law requires. The platform doesn’t hide your data behind proprietary formats — it’s your data.
Each product publishes an importer for the most common alternatives in its category — bring your existing data in once, keep working. For categories without an importer yet, our team will help with a one-time migration during onboarding.
